Return Policy Details

Items can be returned if a request for return is made during the 30-day period. Your refund will be in the same form as the original purchase.  Item are required to be returned to our Hong Kong facility for processing. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Is there a warranty for Cutter & Co products?

All Cutter & Co products are covered by a 1 year warranty against manufacturing defects. We stand behind the quality of our products and understand that unexpected issues can sometimes occur.

If your product develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue. We will assess the claim and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidental damage, improper use, misuse, neglect, improper storage, dropping, exposure to extreme temperatures, water damage, metal or bone damage, or any damage resulting from failure to follow the product’s recommended care and usage instructions.
