Best and sharpest knife I've ever had - love the smooth slicing and easy handling. Its sharp, as you'd expect but the true genius is in the overall design that makes the cutting more feel efficient than any other knife I've used. Highly recommend it

Pretty sure the "folds" are printed and nit part of the metal work compared to my other knives they dont reflect of change with light. That said, the knige is well made and sharp, balanced correctly and comfortable to use.
