The fine, sharp edge is precise enough to mince garlic and ginger while the large wide blade allows for excellent knuckle clearance and enables food to be easily scooped up for easy transfer to pot, pan or wok.

This knife showcases a Japanese Bunka knife/cleaver hybrid design that combines the best features of both for maximum cutting efficiency and comfort. Lighter than conventional cleavers this knife will quickly become your go-to knife.
