Who even needs an electric knife any more? Not me. I have a Serbian knife from Cutter & Co’s Ranger Series.
Chops veggies with little effort and transfers large handfuls into the pot. Then it slices up a Roast dinner with ease. Its a great well balanced knife for all sorts of jobs in the kitchen.
Wow! An outstanding blade for the price. Sharp, not too heavy not too light, fits the hand like a glove. I really like this style of knife. Well worth it.
The 5.5 Size is perfect for BBq, And is Sturdy, Razor Sharp and is Light but has enough weight to cut through things like cartilage on chicken wings.
Amazing I would definitely recommend 💯
Fantastic Knife,An awesome cross between a cleaver and a chefs knife.
The curved blade is also fantastic for chopping herbs with ease.
Has a Comfortable Handle.
This is my go to knife, Sturdy, Razor Sharp and the right balance,"Perfect".
Has good knuckle clearance and a solid feel to it without being too blade heavy like cleavers tend to be. The handle is comfortable and easy to grip. Very sharp, overall a well made cutting tool.
Really good feel to this knife, its solidly built. Perfect for when you need a knife with a bit of weight to push through but still easy enough to handle more precise tasks.
This is a great little chopper, good for dicing and slicing just like you would a regular knife but you’ve got that extra blade width that keeps your knuckles well above the board. Plus theres a bit more weight behind the blade which just makes it that bit easier to cut through.
Love this 'petty chopper' its a good little knife to have around. Has a good solid heft to it without the weight and bulkiness of a normal cleaver. Great for general chopping, I use it instead of a chefs knife as its shorter and easier to move. I also find it useful for cutting parmesan and cheddar.
I've bought several Cutter & Co knives in the past, I know they're good, thought I'd give their new Daozi a try. Very sharp and powerful feel. The blade has more curve than a chef knife which makes mincing alot easier, also the pointed tip is good for trimming meats etc. Not the thinnest blade, so if you're wanting to slice paper thin slices this is not the knife. If you need a general work horse for chopping, cutting this knife is for you. Overall a top quality knife.
An awesome tool. Sharp with a solid handle shaped just right, very good balance. I have only had this tool for a couple of days, but I have been cutting large, hard vegetables with it such as turnips, carrots large daikon, butternuts, melons and giant sweet potatoes. It really shines when cutting melons. Sharp and very well balanced, it just screams of quality.
