What a rad knife! Super impressed with its versatility. It’s can trim a brisket and finely dice herbs… with everything in between. It’s made most of my knife collection obsolete!

Pretty sure the "folds" are printed and nit part of the metal work compared to my other knives they dont reflect of change with light. That said, the knige is well made and sharp, balanced correctly and comfortable to use.
Got my hands on the Cutter & Co Nakiri and it’s really improved the way I cut. Feels solid in the hand, sharp as a whip and slices through everything like butter. Balance is spot on, and that layered finish is mint. Looks just as good as it performs. I’ve used plenty of knives over the years, but this one’s staying on the counter within easy reach. Very much a premium knife, I have recently started getting better kitchen gear due to a new love of cooking and this is one of my first purchases. The handle feels great, fits and grips perfectly. The blade looks fantastic and is razor sharp. It cuts very well.

This Nakiri is my most used knife. I've had it 3 or 4 months now and I really love the lightweight easy handling. Its exceptionally sharp and makes easy work of cutting. I feel like my cooking has improved because it feels easier with this knife.
Very impressed with the sharp, smooth, easy slicing with this knife. Never in a million years did I think I'd replace my victorinox. But yeah what a difference a good knife can make to getting things done in the kitchen. My wife also loves it, and we picked up a couple others at the boxing day sale -will review those when they come!

This Nakiri is my 3rd Cutter & Co knife it arrived this morning. Well packed as always, on unpacking looked beautiful. I washed in warm soapy water and immediately tried it out. Fruit salad, pineapples, mangoes, kiwi, strawberries - all prepped great....and did not stick to blade on cutting. I was so sharp, really sharp. I'll keep it this way with my Cutter & Co Diamond steel. I then prepped some red pepper, tomatoes and other veg....clean cuts without effort. Using the knife was really easy, well balanced, easily handed; its reassuring without requiring effort to wield - Really good knife...love it
